Go ahead Doodle. Word Doodle that is: Take pen to paper to Relax, solve a problem and increase your sense of self worth.
That’s what I said. Word-Doodle. It’s like journaling but not in the same way. It actually allows you some quiet time to focus in on one particular area. You can address a problem at work. You can look at a fear that is holding you back. Angry about something? Doodle on it.
Word Doodling offers solutions and ‘ahha’ moments as journaling on two different levels.
First, It gives you time to zone-out and go within to find answers. It offers that time to quiet the mind. By going from word to word and doodling around it, you’ll be amazed at how dots become connected. In this space, you can connect with the inner wisdom of the soul and be given that “AHHA” moment or “EUREKA” idea that allows you to get over a challenge in your life.
Secondly, at first glance, you may think a word-doodle offers you nothing. But, within it’s web lies a solution.
