I is for Inspiration

The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet

Inspired April 2013

The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet is launched to Awaken Your Spirit & empower your thinking. Words are Energy! They can lift us up and they can just as easily bring us down. Spirit driven words will raise your vibration UP. By finding the meaning these words have in your life and embracing them, one at a time each day ~ after the course of a month, The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet will have raised your energy up. My desire for you is that you are able to embrace your inner spirit  and, as a result, live In-Joy. ~ laura

I is for Inspiration.

Inspiration is the fuel that all fires must have. What is it that inspires you? Without knowing deep in your heart what it is that you truly desire, you will be unable to move forward with joy.

It is important that you find time to be inspired. Creativity comes into your life only when you are open to new ideas.  When life is too full, when you race from one thing to another, when you live on adrenaline and when you make decisions that are not based on your purpose, you will become depleted. When you are depleted, it is very hard to find the creativity in your life. It is impossible to find inspiration. It is at these times that we are closed to inspiration. Indeed, we are closed to our own Inner Guidance System and to spirit.

It is important when living soul-wise to take time to find inspiration. This creativity and the joy that flows from it will fuel the fire of purpose and allow you to move forward with flow and ease (grace). Yes, there are times when we are so depleted that a vacation may be necessary. Other times, it simply may be taking a moment and flipping through a colorful magazine that give you inspiration.

There are many things to do to find inspiration in your life and to renew it. What are some things that you do? And, more importantly, when was the last time you were able to do that to keep the fuel on the fire to live on purpose and soul-wise?

If you like this Alphabet and it is helping inspire you, please share the “Living In-Joy” with your friends by clicking the links below! And, don’t forget to share your thoughts below too, I’d love to hear from you!

  1. It’s strange. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t filled with inspiration. Sometimes it bubbles up and other times, it takes a moment of concentration. I put that down to daily meditation, which I’ve practiced for thirty years. Thank you for your words. The meaning connected me to what is going on.

  2. I really resonated with what you said, when our lives our too full it is hard to be creative. I have experienced that many times before. Thank you for the reminder to find time to be creative and take note of what those things are for me. I will spend sometime working on that this week and notice what inspires me.
