Q is for Quiver

The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet

Inspired April 2013

The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet is launched to Awaken Your Spirit & empower your thinking. Words are Energy! They can lift us up and they can just as easily bring us down. Spirit driven words will raise your vibration UP. By finding the meaning these words have in your life and embracing them, one at a time each day ~ after the course of a month, The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet will have raised your energy up. My desire for you is that you are able to embrace your inner spirit  and, as a result, live In-Joy. ~ laura

Q is for Quiver.

In the Soul-Wise Living Alphabet, Quiver is an action word, a verb that has positive meaning. It is about being excited about the one thing that is unfolding before you that is something that fills you with Joy & Love. To Quiver is to be so excited about the what is happening right before your eyes and the anticipation of joy that will rise within.

Now, I believe that we should all stay in the present moment. So to Quiver with excitement is not about the anticipation of a future event or thing in your life. It’s about embracing the moment of being excited ~ feeling (really feeling) the joy welling up inside and the overflowing emotion of  Joy rising from within.

There are many things to Quiver about in life ~ on a daily basis. Here’s what made me Quiver yesterday:

You see To quiver is not an overt trembling that others can see. It can be very subtle. It’s a little tingling deep inside that could easily go unnoticed. It’s that sensation that when you pay close attention and feel it, that will allow Joy & Love to rise up in you in that very moment in time.  You can find yourself beginning to quiver almost at any moment in time ~ if you choose it!

Did you quiver yesterday? What could you have quivered over that you missed already today? Take some time today and anticipate listening to that inner spirit as it allows a quiver to rise from you!

  3. My first thought when I saw the title was Quiver of Arrows! I didn’t even think of quivering as a physical action at first. But to me, quivering is a fear thing. There isn’t a lot in my life right now that makes me quiver in excitement. I think I need to work on that.

When I was thinking of “Q” for the alphabet, my initial reaction was your’s ~ quiver with fear. But, when I sat with it for awhile, I really discovered that we can quiver with our own Joy. Let me know If I can help you with the, k?
