Use Your Space to Gain Clarity & Peace of Mind

Your space. It’s sacred. The place you spend the most time needs to be that way, sacred, in order for it to be uplifting and supportive of your life. Even your car can be sacred space!  By creating your space to be just that ~ sacred~ you can use it for your highest good. You can use your space to gain clarity and peace of mind by following this quick three step recipe.

bring joy into your space

Flowers in my Home Office to bring in love & joy after a quick clutter clearing & cleaning.

Create Sacred space by Decluttering it. Deep cleaning it. Infusing it with love & joy. When you have used these ingredients you will have a space that allows you to quickly and easily gain clarity and pace of mind and be inspired! See how:

1. Declutter A Space (one room) ~ Clutter happens. The piles seem to accumulate out of nowhere. I get it. But, when you take a pile and break it into 3 pieces ~ love it, use it (and finding a home for it) or lose it. The pile will be taken care of almost effortlessly given rise to a ‘clean slate’ if you will.

How would it feel to have a clean slate to work form?

2. Clean & Energize ~ once you have decluttered a space,  clean it. Use Vinegar and/or lemon to clean and bring in renewed, fresh energy.

How would it feel to have your room filled with fresh lemon scent?

3. Bring Love & Joy into The Space ~ After you’ve created a clutter-free space and cleaned it, it’s time to infuse it with love and joy. Space blessing can be done by a professional certainly. You can also do it yourself by putting something into your space that symbolizes love & Joy and helps you set the intention you desire for the space!

How would you feel when you know that love & joy surround you?

That’s right. By following this guick 3 step recipe, you can find love and joy all around you and by having that, it is easy to gain clarity in your day and have peace of mind. Use what you have around you to gain clarity & peace of mind.

  1. Laura, what a terrific guideline: “love it, use it, or lose it.” I LOVE that, and it comes at a great time. I’ve been in my new office just long enough for the clutter to have built up, so I’m taking your post as a sign that I get to devote some of my time today to de-cluttering. Thanks!

  2. Number 1 “Declutter” is always my problem. Clutter makes it hard to work and it is very distracting!
    Great post! Thanks

  5. Oh, this is so good. I so want to do these three steps with my office. It’s such a cluttery mess right now. This time of year, the sun streams in, lighting it up like a big orange pumpkin (my walls are gold/saffron) so it gets some of nature’s love and light… but I need to fill it with more of my own. Thank you!

Nancy! That light can so be used to your advantage ~ it’s the fire element that will elevate your spirits….do ONE pile, let fresh air in, and ask the light to shine a clear path for you ~ just this will invigorate you. Tomorrow, do the next pile ~ just 5 min. a day!!!
