  2. As with all things there is a balance. Understanding your intention when journaling (or really doing anything) will help keep that balance tipped in your favor.

Balance in everything in life is key, Bonnie. Understanding intentions in everything is the best way to begin, yes! Sacred Soul Journaling is about taking your writing to a deeper level~ which quite possibly means losing balance ~ to uncover the depth of who you are!

  5. I have tended to use journaling primarily for venting! It’s a great way to get things off my chest or out of my head without burdening other people with them. But I would love to learn how to use journaling in more ways. Looking forward to it!

Sarah ~ so many people like you start RIGHT there and that’s great! It is a good way to vent…..but really when you take it to the next level, it gives you the answers you seek to the angst that started the need to vent in the first place!!! Stay Tuned! 🙂

  8. Journaling is a special activity that I’ve practiced since childhood. Currently, I strive to focus on writing out the vision for the life I want to create, as well as those things for which I’m grateful. It helps me to stay focused on the positive, which is always fulfilling. For me, this approach makes the journey more wonderful, while helping me remain committed to a clear vision. Thanks for this post!
