August Is Coming! The beginning of it is typically a slower time for many of us. It’s a great month to continue to awaken spiritually as the summer ebbs ever so slowly. Soul Journaling is one of the best tools to use to listen to your inner wisdom, and to discover how best to act upon it with courage and grace.  Consider this:

  1. Beautiful Haiku deck, Laura! I’m definitely a night journaler, but the danger in that is if you don’t schedule a specific time with yourself, journaling gets pushed off until you’re too tired to practice.

That is a danger of nighttime journaling, Lori. But, what I love about the night time is the intense, quiet solitude it can bring. I’m a morning journaler and recently the birds have been chiming in A LOT 😉

  2. The Haiku deck is great – what I’ve learned from you about journaling in a very short time is amazing. Early August is a great time to learn and study more. Delighted you are hosting this opportunity. No better way to spend a Monday summer evening! THANKS …

Thanks Cindy!!!! This Haiku deck was so fun to create ~ it brings the mystery and magic of journaling to life! And, I couldn’t agree with you more….setting intentions for a light breeze and beautiful dusk to lend it’s energy to the workshop!

  3. I am definitely not a morning journaler… With having a big, active, young family, finding a committed to time to do journaling has proven to be very difficult for me… Finding the time to build in journaling, quiet space and meditation time is a lesson in time management to say the least!!
