Creating a personal vision statement comes from knowing who you are and what you want in life. It will transcend all the times in your life with little adaptation. Having one of these allows you to be authentically you in everything you do.

(The who might not yet be in your life but the best who you would want to be doing this with.) How would it begin? How would it end? And, most importantly, how would you FEEL in having this day.
Write down how you would hope to capture this feeling in all that you do. Make these statements bullet point. Use the first person in these statements such as:
These are not goals statements. You will create them from your vision statement. That comes later.
Take your time crafting your statement. This is soul-full work. Create a safe and sacred place and time to allow room for you to hear your truth. If you need more support, creative types may want to use a Sacred Soul Collage or Vision board to see and feel further what guides you.
A personal vision statement allows you to stay on track when the world throws you curve balls. Having a personal vision statement provides a framework for living a life on purpose and in joy.
